The setting

At this wedding at Raffles Istanbul, the scale of the ballroom sits alongside the finer details of the table. Crystal chandeliers and folds of fabric frame the room above; glass candlesticks and green and white flowers bring detail to the settings below. Colour, texture and light

Long tables draw the eye into the room, while glass and crystal reflect candlelight at different heights. Green flowers bring freshness to the ivory palette. At the entrance, candles against black draping introduce a darker contrast to the illuminated tables beyond.
