Every project begins by defining how the celebration should feel. The couple’s taste, the character of the venue, the season and the scale of the occasion inform an original creative direction and its palette of colour, texture, material and atmosphere.
That direction connects the ceremony, tables, florals, lighting, stage and the key moments guests encounter. It gives every specialist team a shared visual language, allowing separate elements to feel intentional and part of the same world.
Guest count, date, venue, creative ambition and operating requirements are considered together to establish a practical budget framework. We make priorities visible and evaluate how each choice affects the rest of the celebration.
Proposals, comparisons, approvals and production decisions are organised within a clear sequence. The aim is not simply to record spending, but to direct the available framework towards the moments that matter most, at the right stage of planning.
A venue is assessed for more than its appearance. Capacity, travel, accommodation, service access, installation time and technical conditions are considered while suitable options are compared against the date and the event brief.
We support the sourcing of specialist teams for catering, photography and film, music, beauty, sound, lighting and other project needs. Once selected, each partner receives the creative direction and working timeline so their contribution connects with the wider plan.
Florals, objects, textiles, tables and spatial installations are planned alongside the technical requirements for staging, sound, lighting and power. Scale, placement and material choices are developed in response to the actual conditions of the venue.
Production deliveries, access windows and dependent installation tasks are sequenced within one on-site schedule. This allows décor and technical teams to work in the right order and helps the creative idea retain its integrity as it becomes a physical setting.
We consider how the day is experienced from arrival and ceremony through cocktails, dinner and entertainment. Welcome points, wayfinding, seating and the pace of the programme influence the atmosphere just as much as the visual design.
For destination celebrations, accommodation, transport and guest reception can be brought into the working plan according to scope. Venue, service and programme decisions are then viewed as one connected guest journey, with transitions that feel clear and natural.
Before the event, approved decisions, team responsibilities, deliveries and critical timings are brought into one delivery plan. Once installation begins, we follow the work on site so teams have the right information and can progress without obstructing one another.
Final checks, guest arrival, ceremony, service, stage and entertainment transitions are coordinated with the relevant teams. When conditions change, we manage the decision flow so the couple can remain present in their celebration rather than carrying its operational detail.

Direction and options
Following the first research and assessments, we present the principal direction for the project. Options are compared together and a shared framework is established for the decisions ahead.
Approvals and preparation
As selections become clear, approvals, responsibilities and deadlines are kept current. Connected decisions are completed in the right sequence and each team progresses from the same information.
On site and event day
The approved plan is carried on site as we follow installation and critical transitions in person. Throughout the event, we manage communication between teams and the decisions required as the day unfolds.
