How we work
We connect the visual direction with venue realities, specialist teams, production schedules and guest experience. This allows the event to feel coherent and work as planned on site.
Planning can be conducted in Turkish or English, with Russian communication support available.

Founder & Creative Director
Elvan Kaplan founded Dream Events with the ambition to turn meaningful occasions into memorable celebrations. For more than a decade, she has brought creative direction, careful planning and close teamwork together to shape the company’s approach. She continues to guide each project with the same care and enthusiasm that inspired its beginnings.
Client Relations & Event Coordination
Dilara brings a fresh perspective to concept development and a personal approach to client relationships. She follows the planning process closely, translating clients’ expectations into clear communication with the team. On the day, she helps coordinate the event on site, keeping clients and the operations team connected throughout the celebration.
From planning to the celebration
Our support extends beyond décor. Depending on the celebration, we help source specialists in sound and lighting, production, catering and personal preparations, and help coordinate the teams involved. We agree the scope of our involvement with you during the initial planning conversations.
